What areas do you service?

 

We support children and families across South Eastern Melbourne, including the City of Casey. This includes suburbs such as Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Clyde and surrounding areas. 

Telehealth (online) appointments are also available​​ for families outside of these areas, where appropriate. ​

Do I need a referral to see a Speech Pathologist?

No referral is required for private speech pathology services.


A valid GP referral is required if you intend to claim a Medicare rebate.

Do you support NDIS participants?

Yes. Services are available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

Do you offer Medicare or private health rebates?

Eligible clients may be able to claim rebates through Medicare or their private health fund.


Claims are managed by the client directly with Medicare or their private health fund.

What ages do you work with?

Services are provided to children aged 5 to 12 years

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are individualised, with activities tailored to your child's needs, interests and goals. 

 

Parents or caregivers are encouraged to be involved where appropriate. ​

Home practice activities may also be provided to support skill development and carryover between sessions, where appropriate. 

Do you offer Speech Pathology assessments and reports?

Yes. We provide speech pathology assessments and written reports where clinically appropriate. Assessment recommendations and report requirements can be discussed prior to booking.

Can you attend my child's school or kindergarten?

Mobile sessions may take place in the child's home, school, or kindergarten, where appropriate and with consent from all parties.

How long are sessions?​

Session length varies depending on the service provided and the child’s needs.

This will be discussed at the time of booking or enquiry. 

Do you offer Telehealth (online speech therapy)?​

Yes. Telehealth can be an option depending on your child's needs and access to a device with internet.
